How to Apply

1. Download the prescribed application form (Annexure-A) from the official ESIC notification.
2. Fill the form and attach a recent passport-size photograph along with self-attested copies of all required certificates.
3. Prepare a Demand Draft, if applicable, in favour of 'ESI Fund Account No. 1', payable at Gwalior.
4. Report in person to the Medical Superintendent's Office (Room #1), ESIC Hospital, Tansen Road, Gwalior, between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the scheduled walk-in date.
5. Undergo document verification first; only candidates found eligible after verification proceed to the interview.
6. There is no online application process - eligible candidates must apply and appear in person only on the walk-in date.

Selection Process

• Candidates report at the venue between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM with the filled Annexure-A form and all original/self-attested documents.
• Document verification is conducted first at the venue.
• Only candidates whose documents are verified and found eligible are permitted to appear for the interview.
• Final selection is based on the interview, subject to a medical fitness certificate issued by the Medical Board at ESIC Hospital, Gwalior.
• The decision of the selection board is final.

Salary and Emoluments

Documents Required for Walk-in Interview

• Identity Proof (PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhaar Card)
• Address Proof (Ration Card, Passport, Driving License, Aadhaar Card)
• Date of Birth Certificate (Class 10th Certificate)
• Two recent passport-size photographs
• Class 10th and 12th mark sheets/certificates
• Proof of Educational Qualification (MBBS, MD/MS/DNB, etc. as per NMC guidelines)
• Internship Completion Certificate
• NMC/Madhya Pradesh Medical Council Registration and Renewal
• Madhya Pradesh Medical Council Registration (within 30 days of joining, if not already registered)
• Additional Medical Qualification Registration Certificate
• Experience Certificates (where applicable)
• Reservation Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PH) in the Government of India prescribed format; OBC certificate must show non-creamy layer status and be from the central list
• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer, if already employed
• Demand Draft, as applicable
• Aadhaar/PAN card and bank passbook copies (required from selected candidates at the time of joining)

Candidates must bring originals along with one set of self-attested photocopies of all listed documents.

Important Instructions for Candidates

• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview or for joining the post.
• Selected candidates must furnish a refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000/- via DD/Banker's Cheque in favour of 'ESIC Fund A/c No.1', payable at Gwalior.
• Selected candidates must sign an agreement with the Medical Superintendent on a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs. 1,000/-.
• Private practice is not allowed for engaged Specialists and Senior Residents.
• Specialists must be available on call 24x7 and hold a professional indemnity insurance policy (minimum sum assured Rs. 10 lakh to Rs. 30 lakh depending on specialty); proof must be submitted within 7 days of engagement.
• No hostel accommodation, quarters, or uniform will be provided.
• The contractual engagement can be terminated by either side with one month's prior notice, without assigning any reason.
• Selected candidates have no claim to regularization, PF, pension, gratuity, seniority, or promotion.
• Full-time Specialists get priority over part-time appointees.
• If a regular incumbent joins, the contractual appointment will be terminated immediately at the Medical Superintendent's discretion.
