| Educational Qualification | Primary Level (Class 1-5): 12th pass with at least 50% marks along with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed/B.T.C.), completed or in the final year; candidates with 45% marks in 12th plus an NCTE-2002-norm 2-year diploma, a 4-year B.El.Ed. in progress, a 2-year Diploma in Special Education, or a D.El.Ed./B.T.C. alongside a Graduation degree are also eligible. Upper Primary Level (Class 6-8): Graduation with a 2-year D.El.Ed./B.T.C. (completed or final year), or Graduation with at least 50% marks plus B.Ed./L.T./Shiksha Shastri; candidates with 45% Graduation plus NCTE-norm B.Ed., a 4-year integrated B.A. B.Ed./B.Sc. B.Ed./B.El.Ed. course, B.Ed. in Special Education, or a Master's degree (55%) with integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. are also eligible. Candidates holding RCI-recognized special education diplomas (D.Ed. Special Education, DCBR, MRW, DHLS, Diploma in Vocational Rehabilitation, etc.) can also apply under the Special Education category. |

Exam Pattern
