Candidates must additionally be serving employees (regular or outsourced) in the IT domain of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh or a District Court Establishment, with at least 2 years of such service. The recruitment is not open to the general public.

How to Apply

  2. Fill the form in English block letters and sign it.
  3. Attach two passport-size photographs and self-attested copies of DOB proof, domicile certificate, caste certificate (if applicable), and all mark sheets and degree certificates.

Selection Process

  • Stage 1 - Preliminary Screening Examination: an objective MCQ test of 100 questions (100 marks) over 2 hours, used only to shortlist candidates in each category in a 1:3 ratio against the posts.
  • Stage 2 - Practical Examination (25 marks), Interview (15 marks), and Past Performance Appraisal (10 marks) based on the last two years' service record.
  • Final merit is decided on the combined marks of Stage 2 only; a minimum of 40% aggregate is required to qualify.

Who Can Apply

This is an in-service recruitment. It is open only to existing employees (regular or outsourced) working in the IT domain of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh or a District Court Establishment, with a minimum of 2 years of such service. Candidates who are not currently serving the MP judiciary in the IT domain are not eligible for this notification.
