How to Apply

1. Go to the official recruitment portal, upanganwadibharti.in.
2. Register on the portal and open the online application form.
3. Fill in your personal details, along with income certificate, caste certificate, and residence certificate numbers exactly as issued, so they can be verified online.
4. Upload clear, self-attested scanned copies of all required documents as asked in the form.
5. Recheck every entered detail carefully before final submission.
6. Submit the completed application before the closing time of 6 August 2026, 11:59 PM.

Selection Process

• A merit list is prepared based on the percentage of marks scored in the qualifying examination (10th/High School marks are excluded from merit).
• Category-wise reservation is applied along with a defined priority order: first preference goes to widowed, legally divorced, or abandoned women from Below Poverty Line (BPL) families residing in the same Gram Sabha/Ward; if none are available, other BPL-family women of the same area are considered.
• If no eligible BPL candidate is found, the same priority order (widowed/divorced/abandoned first, then others) is applied among Above Poverty Line (APL) family women of the same area.
• As per the Government Order dated 17.09.2025, two women from the same family cannot be appointed as Anganwadi Karyakartri and Anganwadi Sahayika at the same Anganwadi Centre.

Eligibility Conditions

• Open only to women candidates.
• Candidate must be a permanent resident of the same Gram Sabha (for rural areas) or the same Ward (for urban areas) for which she is applying.
• The entire selection process is governed by UP Government Order No. 1/1092245/2025/3313/58-1-2025 (1917687) dated 17.09.2025.

Required Documents

• Self-attested copies of educational qualification certificates/marksheets
• Residence certificate - only one issued online/digitally and verifiable through the Tehsil portal is valid
• Caste certificate, if applicable - only one issued online/digitally and verifiable is valid
• Income certificate issued by a competent authority as per the UP Government Order dated 30.09.2021 (as amended), verifiable online
• For widow candidates: death certificate issued by the Gram Panchayat Officer/concerned Nagar Nikay, along with a certified copy of the family register
• For divorced/abandoned candidates: a legally valid order issued by a competent court

Important Instructions

• Applications are accepted only in online mode; offline or postal applications will not be entertained.
• Only residence and caste certificates issued online through the Tehsil digital portal and verifiable online will be accepted.
• Only income certificates issued by a competent authority as per the applicable Government Order, and verifiable online, will be accepted.
• The applicable BPL/APL income limit follows the Government Order issued by Samaj Kalyan Anubhag-2, UP Government, dated 14.09.2015 (as amended), separately for rural and urban areas.
• If any error, incorrect fact/figure, or forged document is found in the application, the candidature will be rejected.
• The number of vacancies mentioned may increase or decrease.
